The Ohio State University Medical Center has been performing lifesaving organ and tissue transplants for over 40 years.
The pinwheel garden was erected April 20, 2009 to honor those who have made donations thereby giving recipients a second chance at life. Each of the 6,500 pinwheels represents a lifesaving donation. Many THANKS go out to all who given the "gift of life".
