Since its inception in 1914, Ohio State's Department of Otolaryngology - Head and Neck Surgery has been committed to excellence in patient care, research and education while maintaining exceptional national stature. For more than 20 years, Ohio State Otolaryngology has been ranked as a leader in hearing research and personalized care for patients with hearing impairment and hearing loss.
Our faculty members remain dedicated to elimiating deafness as a major source of human suffering, to finding a cure for devastating head and neck cancers, and to improving patients' self-image through facial reconstruction and rejuvenation. This mission is significantly enhanced by the generosity of our donors as we strive to provide patients the best in otolaryngology care today and search for the cures of tomorrow.
